Inconsistencies Between CAE And Facebook

If you notice some data inconsistencies between the plugin manager and Facebook, don’t panic, here are the reasons behind the incosistencies and solutions to fix the problem.

1) Logout from Facebook

If you notice some of your WCA missing or the wrong size on Facebook, you can usually fix the problem by logging out of Facebook and logging back n. Your data will be synchronized when you log out and back in.

2) Wait few minutes

Keep in mind that CAE integrates directly with Facebook’s API, which means it should be faster than Ads Manager at recognizing the correct size of a WCA.
